Our courier partner will make two delivery attempts. If the delivery fails, the package will be returned to us.

Re-delivery requests may require additional shipping charges.

If you receive a damaged package or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing images/videos for a quick resolution.

Nakshmart Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 30 Days of delivery.
Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned product, refunds will be processed within 7 Business days:

A. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
B. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer replacements under these conditions:
